As a senior associate at Opus Capital, Sachin Maheshwari works with the investment team on sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities.

Sachin brings both technology and business expertise to Opus. He has had engineering and product management roles at EFI, Inc. and Unimobile, a wireless startup acquired by EFI. As Project Lead at Unimobile, Sachin helped grow the offshore Indian development team from 10 to 25 people, meanwhile helping Unimobile acquire more customers. He later joined the Corporate Strategy group at EFI in a strategic planning and execution role, developing the channel strategy for EFI products. He has also worked as a summer consultant for the Boston Consulting Group in San Francisco as part of a team evaluating the sales and marketing effectiveness of a large software company.

Sachin holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar. He also has a B.Tech. degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kanpur, India.

Sachin serves on the advisory board for Silicon Valley Association of Startup Entrepreneurs (SVASE) and is also the Venture SIG Chair for the Software Development Forum (SDForum).
