CAROL PEREIRA | CFO
Carol Pereira brings a strong financial background to Opus Capital with 20 years of experience in venture capital and banking.
Most recently, Carol was the Chief Financial Officer of Red Rock Ventures. At Red Rock, Carol was responsible for all financial operations of the firm including leading and managing the accounting, control, budgeting and financial reporting functions, producing quarterly and year-end limited partner financial and investment reports and assisting with fundraising.
Previously, Carol was the Chief Financial Officer of Strata Biosciences and TeleSoft Partners. Carol's earlier experience includes more than a decade in investment banking with The First Boston Corporation, Sterling Payot Company and HW Jesse & Co.
Carol holds BS degrees in Engineering and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She is a Director on the Board of the West Coast Chapter of the Private Equity CFO Association.
